Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

From time to time, Don’t Stay Clothing may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately through the Contact Us page.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Don’t Stay Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package appears lost, customers should first contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

All claims will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
