Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unused
Be in their original condition
Have any original tags attached
Be free of stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Need a different size?

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging

Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was sent
The item arrived damaged or defective

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
